Who provides the site
What this site does
It publishes information about ways to travel between places and about what to do when a journey goes wrong: which modes run, roughly how long they take, who operates them and how often. You cannot book anything here, and nothing on this site forms a contract of carriage. We take no payment and hold no payment details.
We are not the carrier, the seller or an adviser
Latynex Trade OÜ does not operate any service listed on this site and is not a party to your journey. Each service is run by the company named against it, on that company’s terms. The guides about passenger rights, baggage, health or documents are general information with a reference to the official text they rest on; they are not legal, medical or professional advice, and what applies to you depends on your facts and on the carrier’s and authorities’ decisions.
Links to third parties and partners
Some links lead to other sites. Where a link is a partner link — one for which we may be paid if you buy — it is labelled as such where you see it, before you click (see how this site is funded). The third party, not us, decides whether you can book, what it costs, how you pay and on what terms, and is responsible for the service it provides. We do not guarantee it.
Accuracy
Journey times, frequencies, operators and rules are published by the operators and authorities themselves or drawn from public timetable and legal sources, and they change. We say how confident we are in a figure and label our own estimates, but we cannot promise that anything is current at the moment you read it. Check with the operator before you travel.

Use of the content
You may read the site, link to it, and quote it with attribution. Please do not copy the catalogue wholesale, present it as your own, or load it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
Liability
We are liable as the law provides, and nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision you take on the basis of published journey information that turned out to be out of date.
Mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live are not affected by these terms.
Changes and other products
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from the date you read it. Any future business service (for example for hotels or operators) will have its own terms.
