Hours
Copenhagen Metro's own Wikipedia infrastructure article states peak-hour (07:00-10:00 and 15:00-18:00) headways of 2-4 minutes on the shared central section, 3-6 minutes off-peak, and 7-8 minutes on Thu-Sat night service — the system runs 24 hours a day, unlike DSB's mainline trains next door.

Easy to get wrong
The M2 Metro's Lufthavnen station is a genuinely separate building from the mainline railway station used by DSB's InterCity/InterCityLyn trains, roughly 200 metres apart inside the same Terminal 3 complex — travellers boarding the wrong one miss their train or metro, not just a different platform.
