This is one continuous IC 01 working documented identically at three different stations (Ghent, Bruges and Liege-Guillemins own service lists all agree) - Brussels and Leuven are intermediate stops on the same train, not a place to change, even though the route crosses the whole country west to east.

Liege-Guillemins' own listing cross-confirms IC 01 as reaching all the way from Ostend through Ghent to Welkenraedt and Eupen near the German border, corroborating the Ghent-side description of the same line from the other end.
