VR seized the ex-Allegro Sm6 trainsets from the Finnish-Russian joint venture in 2023 after Allegro service to St Petersburg was suspended, and rebranded them Pendolino Plus for domestic Helsinki-Turku and Helsinki-Oulu service from around February 2025 - a genuinely new product, not the older classic Sm3 Pendolino.

VR's own Helsinki-Turku page rounds the journey to 'about two hours', while Wikipedia's Helsinki-Turku high-speed railway article gives a more specific 1 hour 54 minutes for the existing line - both describe the same current service, not two different products.
