The CMK is a purpose-built high-speed line dating to the 1970s-90s and upgraded for up to 200-250 km/h operation with ETCS - genuinely comparable in kind to a dedicated European high-speed line, unlike most other Polish intercity corridors that run on upgraded conventional track, which is why this specific corridor is tagged high_speed and others in this file are not.
