Easy to get wrong
The Leonardo Express only goes to Roma Termini. FL1 is a different, cheaper regional train from the same airport station that runs direct to Roma Tiburtina via Trastevere and Ostiense, with no change of train - useful if your hotel or onward bus is near Tiburtina, not Termini.
