Easy to get wrong
The Piccadilly line and the Elizabeth line are two separate direct options into central London with different destinations - Piccadilly reaches King's Cross St Pancras and dozens of other Underground stations, Elizabeth reaches Paddington, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf - so checking only one line's board can wrongly suggest a single fixed route into town.

Hours
This is one of National Express's highest-frequency single corridors in England, described in its own materials as running close to every 10 minutes at peak from Heathrow Central Bus Station to Victoria - materially more frequent than most other National Express intercity routes in this file.

Fixed fare
Both lines use Transport for London's zonal Oyster/contactless fare system rather than a separate ticket product, unlike the privately-priced Heathrow Express - a traveller with a contactless bank card or Oyster card can simply tap in without buying an airport-specific ticket.

Easy to get wrong
This coach is slower door-to-door than the Piccadilly line or Elizabeth line for most central London destinations and exists mainly for travellers whose journey starts or ends near Victoria Coach Station itself, or who are continuing onward by coach rather than rail.
