Unlike Stockholm's separate Arlanda Express platforms, HSL's I/P trains use the same commuter-rail platforms at Helsinki Central as the rest of the Helsinki commuter network - there is no dedicated airport-train platform to look for at the city end.
Helsinki Airport sits in HSL fare zone C and Helsinki Central Station in zone A, so an ABC zone ticket is required for the full journey - a plain single-zone city ticket will not cover the trip to or from the airport.
