The S7 suburban train, the usual airport-to-city option, is currently truncated to St Marx station because of modernisation work through October 2027, requiring a further tram (18 or 71) or bus (74A) connection - travellers wanting a genuine one-seat ride to Wien Hauptbahnhof should take the REX7 instead, not the S7.
