BLS AG's own timetable page lists 'RE7 Bern-Langnau i.E.-Luzern' among its RegioExpress lines - a genuinely BLS-operated corridor, distinct from the faster SBB InterRegio service that covers the same city pair via Zofingen and the Mattstetten-Rothrist new line.

Easy to get wrong
This is the historic Bern-Lucerne line, opened throughout on 11 August 1875 and electrified in 1934, which lost its fast InterRegio trains to the Zofingen/Mattstetten-Rothrist route in a 2004 rerouting that cut end-to-end time to about an hour - so RE7's roughly 90-minute run via the Emmental is slower by design, not a service failure, and BLS AG has managed the line itself since 2010.
