Zürich Hauptbahnhof was ranked the best railway station in Europe in both 2023 and 2024 and handles roughly 450,000 passengers a day across 26 tracks on three levels - the underground Löwenstrasse platforms (opened 2014) are distinct from the original 1871 at-grade hall, so check the departure board for the correct level.
