Railjet and Railjet Xpress, twice hourly; WESTbahn also runs the corridor
Railjet, WESTbahn

Hours
ÖBB's own destination page states the Vienna-Salzburg corridor runs twice an hour without any change of train, with the Railjet Xpress (RJX) as the fastest of the two - but the page does not itself publish a fixed journey time.

Easy to get wrong
Two different Railjet products share this route at different speeds - the limited-stop RJX and the regular, more-stops Railjet - plus WESTbahn's own independent hourly service, so three different journey times are all genuinely 'the Vienna-Salzburg train', not one single figure.

Status
Railjet runs on largely conventional, mixed-use track along this corridor at up to 230 km/h rather than dedicated new-build high-speed line, so classifying it here as serviceType 'high_speed' is a judgment call rather than a clean match to how TGV or ICE run on their own dedicated tracks.
